    How to Use the Templates

    1. Print on thick paper or cardstock for best results.
    2. Let children colour and decorate.
    3. Cut around the outline.
    4. Roll into a cone shape and secure with tape or glue.
    5. Attach elastic string to fit comfortably around the head.

Tip: Pre-cut the hats for younger children to make it easier and less frustrating.

    Make it Meaningful

While decorating, take time to talk about why we celebrate Eid.

    Ask your children:

    • Why do we celebrate Eid?
    • What did we learn during Ramadan?
    • How can we thank Allah?
    • Who can we share our happiness with?

Craft time becomes connection time — building love for Islamic celebrations from a young age.

    Why Simple Crafts Matter

As parents and educators, we want our children to feel joy in their Islamic identity. Creating positive memories around this festival helps them associate our special days with happiness, family, and gratitude.

Something as simple as a party hat can:

    • Make children feel included
    • Create excitement
    • Encourage creativity
    • Add colour and fun to your celebration photos
